The former development director of the company behind the 600,000-square-foot Shoppes at Park Place has accused the Pinellas Park mall owners of stiffing him on $5.2 million.
John Sabow says property owner KB Parkside LLC, affiliated with venture capital firm Boulder Venture South of Clearwater, refuses to pay him money owed for his contractual ownership interest in the mall, according to Pinellas County Circuit Court documents filed July 21.
