Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, one of the largest medical lab testing companies in the state, has acquired the Hawaii Research Center in Aiea for $9 million, with plans to consolidate much of its operations in this one location, the Ewa Beach-based firm told PBN.
The 80,712-square-foot, four-story building, which sits on about 2.8-acres, was recently listed for sale with Clinical Labs of Hawaii putting up the winning bid for the distressed property in September.
