McDonald's Corp. is facing a discrimination and civil rights lawsuit filed by 10 former workers, who claim that a Virginia franchisee fired them because of their race.
The suit was filed last week in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and alleges that McDonald's franchisee Michael Simon fired or cause the employees to quit because of racial harassment. They also allege that McDonald's could have stopped the harassment, but didn't.
