OpTerra Energy Services has moved its offices to downtown Sacramento and expanded its staff to keep up with decisions at the Capitol.Oakland-based OpTerra, for 14 years, had a Sacramento office in North Natomas with two to three people.
The company recently moved that group to an office downtown at 4th and S streets, which is now staffed by eight people, who consult and manage energy and efficiency design.
