Prominent venture capitalist and politician Steve Westly attempted to intervene in a domestic violence case against controversial ad tech mogul Gurbaksh “G” Chahal and even enlisted the help of former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
The Journal cites mediation briefing exhibits, dated before the judge’s ruling, and various legal documents. It does not reveal where or from whom it obtained the papers.
