Former University of Hawaii basketball coach Gib Arnold files to dismisss UH lawsuit

The dispute between the University of Hawaii and its former basketball coach continued to heat up as the ex-coach, Gib Arnold, filed a motion to dismiss the UH lawsuit against him. Arnold's motion, filed Tuesday morning, seeks to have the dispute resolved through arbitration under the Hawaii Government Employees Association union grievance process.
