The Kansas City Club building sold for $1.76 million at a bankruptcy auction Tuesday at the Charles Evans Whitaker Federal Courthouse.
Denver-based Epoch Developments LLC was the high bidder for the building at 918 and 920 Baltimore Ave. The company is considering renovating the building as event or club space.
