Three-year-old Forest Park Medical Center at Frisco has debts totaling roughly $15 million and is bleeding cash, according to documents in the upscale hospital’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy, filed Tuesday.
The majority of the hospital’s Board of Managers voted to seek Chapter 11 protection from creditors because the move is in the best interests of the company, its creditors, employees, board members and other interested parties, the filing says.
