John McNearney and Daniel Peterson are joining the St. Louis office of Polsinelli from Husch Blackwell.
McNearney, who specializes in real estate finance, has been involved in more than $10 billion in loans involving farms, office buildings, shopping centers and other real estate. Peterson specializes in securities and corporate finance and, among other things, assists investment advisers and broker-dealers with structuring and registering and regulatory matters, including enforcement.
