Hawaii Public Radio reached its goal of nearly $1 million and was given a special donation of a vintage car from actor Clint Eastwood during its semi-annual fund drive that closed Saturday after going into overtime.
According to the nonprofit, more than 4,000 unique gifts were received during the Challenge 2015 Pledge Drive, raising $998,000 for the public radio station.
