Two days past the two-year mark, Scottsdale is planning to settle the final claim generated by a pedicab accident from 2013.
On Jan. 6, the Scottsdale City Council is being asked to approve an $855,000 payment to Cody Clark and his parents. Clark was one of two passengers in a cycle-based cab that was rear-ended on Scottsdale Road by Joseph Paul Spano.
The council approved a settlement with the other passenger, Michael Tysver, earlier this month for $100,000.
