Milwaukee County on Tuesday petitioned the Wisconsin Supreme Court for legal approval to sell the Downtown Transit Center for the Couture apartment high-rise development.
The lawsuit, filed by the county and city of Milwaukee, is intended to remove a major remaining challenge to the transit center sale.
