Latham & Watkins LLP associate Gregory Morin has been identified as one of the two victims killed when an SUV crashed into a Newton pizzeria on Tuesday evening.Morin, a 32-year-old resident of Newton, was at Sweet Tomatoes restaurant on Washington Street in Newton when a Volkswagen SUV driven by a 55-year-old Newton man crashed through the front of the restaurant, according to news reports.
