Exclusive: PUC vote on Oncor sale likely to leave unanswered questions, senator says

The Public Utility Commission is scheduled to vote Thursday on the proposed sale of Dallas-based Oncor to an investment group led by Dallas billionaire Ray L. Hunt — and most indications point to approval of that deal, at least in part.
