IHS expands services on homelessness, with an eye on jobs

The Institute for Human Services (IHS) is expanding its employment program to offer more support services to unsheltered and at-risk homeless individuals in Oahu.

The IHS has launched a pop-up Mobile Employment Center, which will provide services three days a week to various communities throughout Oahu.
