Morrison & Foerster, a global law firm that has had a tax-consulting and corporate practice in Sacramento for over two decades, will close its downtown office when the lease expires July 31.The firm, located at 400 Capitol Mall, said Friday that it would focus its efforts in Palo Alto and San Francisco. The two Sacramento partners, Charles Farman and Stephanie Thomas, will move, spokesman Radley Moss said. The Sacramento office has no associates.
