Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein LLP partner Inga Bernstein has been nominated by President Barack Obama to be a judge in federal court in Boston.
Bernstein, who has been with the Boston-based firm for 20 years, specializes in employment law, family law and criminal defense. She has been a partner with Zalkind Duncan since 2001 and heads the firm’s employment practice.
If confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Bernstein would replace Judge Douglas Woodlock, who is semi-retired.
