Single-family home, condo sales level out on Maui

The median price of a single-family home on Maui last month fell slightly by 1 percent on flat sales, while condominium prices rose slightly by 1 percent on fewer sales, when compared to the same time last year, according to data compiled by the Realtors Association of Maui. A total of 85 single-family homes were sold on Maui in April, compared to the 84 that were purchased during the same time last year.
