A second man has pleaded guilty in a bribery case involving a janitorial services company and the Georgia World Congress Center and DeKalb County.
According to Acting U.S. Attorney John Horn, the charges and other information presented in court: Cecil Clark, 55, of Jonesboro, Ga., worked for “Company A,” which wanted to do business with DeKalb County and the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC).
