Kona poke chef Nakoa Pabre opens first sit-down restaurant on the Big Island
One of Hawaii’s award-winning poke chefs, Nakoa Pabre, said he is changing things up a bit by opening up his first sit-down restaurant in Kailua-Kona.
It’s a new element that, he said, is a step up from his two Umekes Poke Bowls and Local Lunch Plate take-out stands in Kona that are well-known for their eponymous dish on the menu.
