Joe Neguse, an attorney at Holland & Hart LLP who ran unsuccessfully last year for Colorado secretary of state, will be the next executive director of the state's Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), Gov. John Hickenlooper announced Monday.
Neguse takes office June 1. He succeeds Barbara Kelley, who has led the post since 2009.
