Colorado inventors who need legal help filing their patents can get free legal advice through a new program called ProBoPat.
The program was announced Monday by Denver's Mi Casa Resource Center, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Colorado Bar Association.
The initiative also is launching launches in Wyoming, New Mexico and Utah.
The organizations will host a launch event at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, in the Long Peak Conference Room at Byron Rogers Federal Building.
