Continuing Legal Education sessions don’t get much more enlightening than the Masters of Trial demonstration by the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Fourteen trial lawyers from around the country will be in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah McCarthy on May 15 for a daylong mock trial that takes participants from the opening statements of a case through jury deliberation. A live jury will render a verdict and the event will finish with a discussion on all aspects of that verdict.
