A federal judge in Charlotte on Thursday sentenced Michael Rand, formerly the chief accounting officer for Beazer Homes USA Inc. (NYSE:BZH), to 10 years in prison and three years of supervised release after he was convicted of conspiracy and obstruction of justice.
