St. Louis Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce will not run for a fifth term. Joyce has endorsed St. Louis Assistant Circuit Attorney Mary Pat Carl in the 2016 Democratic primary to replace her. The Salvation Army Kroc Center Hawaii delivered a $23.3 million social and economic impact on the West Oahu area in 2014, according to a national study commissioned by the nonprofit organization.
