One of Denver's largest accounting firms launches investment bank

One of Denver's largest accounting firms is launching an investment bank to focus on mergers and acquisitions.

EKS&H accounting, audit and tax consulting said today that it has formed a new corporate finance and merger and acquisition advisory firm named EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC.

Adams Price, a Denver investment banker, will head up the team. He was with Denver-based The Forbes M+A Group. EKS&H partner Lori Gibson also will help establish and integrate the investment banking offerings of EKS&H.
