PrimePay expands payroll service to Scottsdale

West Chester, Pennsylvania-based PrimePay LLC is expanding into Scottsdale at a time when one of its competitors - Zenefits - let go of more than 100 employees.

Formed in 1986, PrimePay began a modest expansion into the Scottsdale area. When demand for PrimePay's services began to increase in the Scottsdale area, PrimePay CEO Bill Pellicano decided to create a larger presence here.
