For the second year in a row, a co-founder of the summertime TBD Fest has drawn complaints of unpaid bills.
Katrina Arnaud, a notary public with an office in East Sacramento, filed suit Dec. 9 in Sacramento Superior Court over a personal loan she made to Clay Nutting, co-founder of the West Sacramento music and art festival.
In her suit, first reported Monday by the Sacramento Bee, Arnaud seeks the return of $200,000, plus interest and the cost of the suit.
