A federal jury on Wednesday convicted San Antonio businessman Robert Warren Scully, 70, in a $3.9 million tax fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney Richard L. Durbin Jr. announced.
Jurors found Scully guilty of conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and three counts of wire fraud. Scully is listed as former owner of San Antonio-based Gourmet Express LLC, a skillet meals manufacturing and distribution business.
