A deceptive trade practices lawsuit filed by a group of angry investors against Primera Energy and its owner Brian Alfaro has now landed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
In their lawsuit filed before Bexar County's 288th State District Court, the investors allege that Alfaro pocketed millions of dollars of their money while "cooking the books" at his San Antonio-based oil and natural gas company.
