Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson has filed suit against a New York-based ticket vendor that was allegedly involved in "short-selling" Super Bowl tickets.
Ferguson said the company, SBTickets.com, sold $149,000 worth of Super Bowl tickets to Washington residents for the Feb. 1 game between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, but never provided the fans with the tickets, according to the Seattle Times.
