The lawyer for former sportscaster Don Tollefson filed a memorandum requesting leniency Wednesday morning when he is sentenced in Bucks County Common Pleas Court in Doylestown
The Intelligencer reported that Robert E. Goldman asked Judge Rea Boylan to sentence his client to a “minimum sentence of imprisonment” followed by probation to monitor Tollefson’s sobriety.
