Maui condo prices jump 38% in February on high-end sales

Sales of high-end condominiums in parts of Maui County helped push the median price up by 38 percent in February as prices of single-family homes remained flat, according to statistics released by the Realtors Association of Maui. The median price of a condo in Maui County last month was $475,000, compared to $345,000 in February 2014, an increase of 37.7 percent.
