Uber drivers' fury spurs lawyer to slash her fee by $10 million

Following a backlash by some drivers, the lawyer representing thousands of drivers in a class-action lawsuit against Uber said that she is cutting $10 million from her fees.

Shannon Liss-Riordan said in an email, "I cut the fee in order to emphasize that my judgment that this settlement was good for the class was not about my firm's fee.”
