For a local attorney arrested for allegedly bringing a loaded handgun into a Pinellas County courthouse, it was the second day of a hearing on issues that led to his suspension from the practice of law.A spokeswoman with the Florida Bar said James Franklin Lowy was scheduled to appear on Sept. 15 for the second day of a hearing, which has now been postponed until Sept. 22 at 11 a.m., and may be followed by a sanctions hearing.
Lowy is under emergency suspension and not eligible to practice law,…
