Colorado attorneys are breathing a sigh of relief this week following a Colorado Supreme Court ruling that said people cannot easily sue attorneys who don’t represent them.
In the case, Baker vs. Wood, Ris & Hames, the beneficiaries of a will sued the attorneys who drafted it for malpractice when they did not receive from the estate their expected distribution of assets.
