
If Gov. Rick Scott signs a new state drone bill, South Florida drone users will have to tread carefully to avoid lawsuits, a Miami attorney said.
Senate Bill 766, passed by Florida's House and Senate, would prohibit drones from capturing images of private properties or their owners or occupants as long as “a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.”
