Outrigger Resorts announced that it will sponsor professional golfer Alex Ching as the Hawaii native competes on the PGA Tour series in China.
It's part of Outrigger's efforts to promote its properties and Hawaii tourism in Asia. It has sponsored sporting events in the past, but this is the first time it has sponsored an individual.
