Hearing concluded, judge to rule 'expeditiously' on Allegiant pilots' right to strike

The threatened strike by Allegiant Air pilots remains in a holding pattern. After a federal judge in Las Vegas issued a temporary restraining order on April 1, prohibiting the pilots from walking off the job the next day, the union said it would not take any action until a subsequent hearing concluded and a judge ruled.
