Servco Insurance moves to bigger space within Seattle

Servco Pacific Insurance has moved its largest satellite office within Seattle to a larger space in the downtown area, the Hawaii-based insurance brokerage and risk management firm said Monday.

The Honolulu-based company said it moved into the bigger space at 800 Fifth Ave. to accommodate the growth it has seen and will continue to see in the coming years. About 50 employees work out of the firm's Seattle office.

CliftonLarsonAllen acquires West Coast firm Gallina

Minneapolis-based professional services firm CliftonLarsonAllen is boosting its West Coast presence in a merger deal with Gallina, the largest accounting firm in the Sacramento market.

The Sacramento Business Journal reports on the merger, the terms of which weren't disclosed. Roseville, Calif.-based Gallina's offices will convert to CliftonLarsonAllen after the merger is effective Jan. 1.
