Elise Clougherty dropped her civil lawsuit for sexual assault on Monday against Palantir co-founder and Formation 8 general partner Joe Lonsdale.
Lonsdale, who denied Clouherty’s claims, also dropped his counterclaims of defamation, according to the court filings obtained by Reuters. Both sides will pay their own court costs. No further terms were disclosed in the filing on Monday.
