The Archdiocese of Milwaukee has reached a settlement with the survivors of clergy sexual abuse under which 330 claimants will share $21 million, setting the stage to close the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed in January 2011.

The American Bar Association on Tuesday named Atlanta lawyer Linda Klein president-elect.
Klein is managing shareholder in Baker Donelson’s Georgia offices. She will serve a one-year term, then become ABA president in August 2016.
