Clearwater engineering firm expanding headquarters

Charles Engineering is moving forward with an expansion project to add 5,000 square feet to its Clearwater headquarters.

The project will add office and break room space for the aerospace-centered firm whose primary customer is The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA).

“Our business is stable with long-term contracts,” says Jim Charles, president and owner of his namesake company.
