Chicago attorney Bruce Meckler, a national expert on legal fee management and vice chair of commercial litigation at one of the 100 largest law firms in the country, died Nov. 3 at the age of 61.Meckler, one of the co-founders of Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson, died after privately battling an illness, Crain's Chicago Business reported.
