Simultaneously with DNC, LGBT civil rights forum kicks off in Philadelphia

Simultaneous with the Democratic National Convention's festivities, a civil rights summit advocating for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people is being held in Philadelphia from July 25-28.
