The other shoe dropped late on Thursday in the legal battle over the proceeds from the $1 billion sale of self-driving car company Cruise Automation to General Motors.Attorneys representing Jeremy Guillory filed a counterclaim in California Superior Court in San Francisco seeking a jury trial in their client's fight with Cruise Automation and its CEO Kyle Vogt.
