University of Phoenix parent gets another attorney general subpoena

Phoenix-based Apollo Education Group Inc. (Nasdaq: APOL) has received a second investigational subpoena from the Attorney General's Office in California, according to an 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

This second subpoena from California Attorney General Kamala Harris follows one that the AG's office had sent to the Phoenix-based education company in August 2015.
