Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, a Detroit, Michigan-based law firm, said today it has acquired Schopf & Weiss, a Chicago law firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Honigman said the acquisition is part of a plan to expand its national reach beyond Michigan.
