Investment adviser Bryan Binkholder on Friday was sentenced to nine years in prison on multiple fraud charges and ordered to pay $3.6 million in restitution.
Binkholder, 43, solicited clients to invest in his “hard money lending” program, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri.
