The median price of a single-family home on Oahu rose by 4 percent in April as the number of sales jumped 22 percent, compared to the same month last year, according to data compiled by the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
A total of 301 single-family were sold on Oahu in April, compared to the 247 sold during the same month last year. The median sales price of those home also rose 4.2 percent to $674,900, from $648,000 in April 2014.
